But this is my personal preference from experience; you can check all the VIDEOS features here and then decide for your own as per your liking.

INTRODUCTION

Here i will provide you with brief introduction with all the companies who provide USMLE Lecture videos and then i will give you my perspective on which one you should use in the Each step of Exam

1. OSMOSIS For USMLE

They have more than 1800 videos available in their library and they usually provide videos in animated formate which are easy to understand and you will also like it so much; and also it has certain review series which you can see before exam for a speed revision

They use Active Learning In the sense that they Will PAUSE the video and Ask you to identify all the parts they have explained in the lectures which will ensure that you have done understanding concepts right.

2. KAPLAN Lecture Videos

It has a vast library of the videos
usually their videos are long and explain concepts in great depth
i would recommend this if you are begineer or you are in med school currently

3. B&B - Boards and Beyonds Video Lectures

They have very easy to look PPT style teaching and good thing is that they provide those PPT to you too so use PPT with the lecture videos and do mark all the things taught in videos you will use that ppts for revision
I would only recommend you this if you are in a gap year preparing for usmle.

4. USMLE Rx Videos

They have nice collection of videos and i guess their videos match with the First aid book so if you have used first aid book then you can use this video;
One thing i noticed is that they use Active Learning In the sense that they Will provide you workbook and after each lecture you have to use that worksheet as homework which will ensure that you have done understanding concepts right.

5. DR.NAJEEB video Lectures

I would suggest his course only if you are absolutely beginner in the Preparation Stage Because dr. najeb will pick a topic and explain it from A to Z, they already have a library of 900+ Videos already and they are adding new Videos Every Week So i would Recommend you use that only if you are begineer

6. PATHOMA

Its absolutely essential that you take his Lectures for Step 1 Video lectures; the reason behind is that Dr. Satter sir teach pathology in a way that you will understand each and every disease pathology in depth and You will understand all step 2 subjects in well manner as well

7. SKETCY VIDEOS

They provide videos in sketchy manner  where they create a story and explain you the topic;
so if you are a vissual learner go for it

8. PICMONIC VIDEOS

Same a Sketchy but one step ahead
Only recommended for Visual Learners

BEST For USMLE Step 1

If you have read First Aid then use: USMLE RX
Otherwise my preference would be: B&B > OSMOSIS > KAPLAN
Pathology: PATHOMA

If you are a visual Learner then;
PICMONIC > SKETCHY

BEST For USMLE Step 2: CK

My Preference would be B&B > OSMOSIS > KAPLAN
If you are a visual Learner then;
PICMONIC > SKETCHY

BEST For USMLE Step3

I didnt use any Videos for Step 3 You just Clear it with reading Books and Question Bank Which i have explained in Previous Blog; You can Check that out too
